Pork Tenderloin with Honey-Mustard Glaze Recipe

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Season the pork tenderloins with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. In a large oven-safe skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the pork tenderloins and sear, turning occasionally, until browned on all sides, about 5-6 minutes. Remove the skillet from the heat.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, mustard, rosemary, and garlic. Brush the honey-mustard glaze all over the seared pork tenderloins.
  4. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and roast the pork tenderloins for 15-20 minutes, or until an instant-read thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the meat registers 145°F (63°C). Let the pork rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  5. Serve the sliced pork tenderloin with any remaining glaze drizzled on top.
